The Porcelain Memories collection is inspired by a ‘Delfts Blauw’ (Delft Blue) porcelain cap I have displayed in my house. Which I inherited from my great grandpa (my grandma’s father). He was held prisoner during WW2 in one of the German camps. This collection is both to celebrate my Dutch heritage as well as hardship and freedom. This re-imagining of the Delft Blue style is rooted in the contrast between personal memory and universal resilience, resulting in a premium pattern collection that offers story and soul alongside classic aesthetic beauty.
